Troubleshooting & Compatibility

Avoid Sync Issues: If audio and video are out of sync, enter the VCD interface settings and Disable PBC (Playback Control). This resolves most timing errors on standard discs.
Color Blocking: If you see green or pink artifacts at the bottom of the screen, you are likely playing a PAL disc on an NTSC card (or vice versa). For a region-free experience, we recommend the Victor RG-VC3.

Note: These are vintage electronics. Ensure your console's expansion port is free of dust before installation. Only select games marked with the MPEG logo support enhanced video playback.
