When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. retrosales.com.au reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process payment.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. You warrant that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale or export, unless you have entered into a separate wholesale or trade agreement with Retro Sales. Approved trade buyers are subject to additional terms as outlined in our Legal Notice.

Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include shipping, handling, or international customs charges. You agree to provide accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update your details (including email and payment methods) so we can complete your transactions.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (e.g., Australia Post). Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

retrosales.com.au is powered by Shopify. Any sales and purchases made in our Store are made directly with retrosales.com.au. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products.

SECTION 13 - WHOLESALE & TRADE ORDERS
Where Retro Sales has approved a wholesale or trade purchase arrangement, the purchaser agrees to be bound by the additional terms set out in Section 6 of our Legal Notice, including obligations relating to product compliance representation and EESS registration. Approved trade arrangements do not waive any other provision of these Terms of Service.
Retro Sales reserves the right to approve or decline any wholesale or trade application at its sole discretion. Approval of a trade order does not constitute an ongoing wholesale arrangement unless expressly agreed in writing.
