Preset DIP Switch
This is a region converter for your PAL SEGA Megadrive to allow you to play SEGA Genesis USA games, Japanese and Brazil released games.
Simply select the region you are needing by moving the switches at the back of the cartridge (as per advised on the front label), then insert the MEGA KEY cartridge adapter into your console.
Once you have the game you want to play, insert the game cartridge into the MEGA KEY cart and you're good to go.
