Description
Premium Nintendo SNES, N64 & GameCube Custom PAL AV Cable
Specifically engineered for Australian and European PAL consoles to deliver the correct brightness and accurate, rich colors on modern displays.
The Problem with Cheap Generic Cables
Ever bought a cheap, generic multi-out AV cable online only to find your games look completely blown out, washed out, or blindingly bright? There is a major technical reason for that: NTSC (US/Japan) consoles and PAL (Australia/Europe) consoles use entirely separate video output circuits.
Most generic retro sellers source cheap, single-spec cables designed only for NTSC systems. When plugged into an Australian PAL SNES, N64, or GameCube, they fail to supply the signal impedance your TV expects, resulting in a horrible, over-saturated, over-bright image.
The Retro Sales Fix: True PAL-Spec Engineering
We don't settle for "good enough." To fix this, we custom-manufacture our composite AV cables with a specific internal resistor built into the line. This drops the signal voltage down to the precise native level required by PAL hardware, instantly restoring deep blacks, proper color balancing, and perfect contrast ratios.
