On one gloomy day, the sun fails to rise due to Cleon, the Fairy of the Night, who has stolen the light source known as the Rainbow for Full-Moon Madame Luna. Cleon splits the rainbow into 7 light bubbles, in which Bub and Bob set off to triumphantly retrieve to bring peace to their planet once again.
