What to post in?

For this job, we recommend sending in the following items as the fault can be with one of them.

• Console
• AV cable (or the cables you're using to connect to your TV)
• Games (It's common for your games to be dirty or scratched and be the underlying cause of the read issue, so send in one game disc which we'll clean and buff properly and use as the test game
  
• Controller optional, but if it's broken you can send that in too for an small extra repair fee.
